Returns and exchanges

For hygiene and product integrity, return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Email dhairbydharshu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request before sending any product back.

To qualify, hair extensions must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncombed, uncut, uncoloured and unaltered. All clips, ties, tags and protective seals must remain intact, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Products that show signs of wear, styling, fragrance, washing or alteration cannot be accepted.

Approved returns are issued as store credit or exchanged after inspection. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Items that cannot be returned

Customised products, sale or clearance items, gift cards and items that have been opened or altered beyond what is reasonably required to inspect the product are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unedited opening video. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or suitable resolution.

International orders

International returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect items unless required otherwise by applicable law. Customs duties and return shipping charges are not refundable.
