Shipping within India

We provide free standard shipping across India. Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days, subject to product availability and order verification. Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer.

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. D’HAIR is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier disruptions, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

International shipping

International availability and charges are shown at checkout where supported. Delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, taxes and import charges, if applicable, are payable by the customer.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us at dhairbydharshu@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unedited opening video.
